Key Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries and deliver professional immigration counseling via phone, email, and in-person.
Present suitable migration options (Australia, Europe & Canada) and guide clients toward informed decisions.
Provide accurate, updated, and policy-compliant immigration information.
Conduct fair and objective assessments of client profiles.
Create personalized migration and career pathways for each client.
Maintain excellent customer service through proactive follow-ups.
Meet assigned sales targets while ensuring high service quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in immigration consulting (preferred: Australia, Europe & Canada pathways).
Strong, confident communication skills.
Tagalog language ability is an advantage
, especially when assisting clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
Up-to-date knowledge of international immigration guidelines and trends.
