Key Responsibilities
Proactively contact and follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
Conduct consultations to assess clients' eligibility for various immigration programs (e.g., work permits, PR, student visas, business immigration).
Present suitable immigration options and recommend appropriate pathways.
Maintain strong product knowledge of immigration programs, rules, and updates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Prepare client files and coordinate with documentation/processing teams as required.
Provide high-quality after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Requirements
Previous experience in
sales

immigration consulting
, or
customer service
.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to understand immigration guidelines and explain them to clients in simple terms.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
Fluency in
Hindi
(additional languages are a plus).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
