Job Description
-Own the full sales cycle outreach, pitch, close
-Handle key client relationships in UAE & GCC
-Collaborate with a delivery team that actually delivers
-Run with clean KPIs, full ownership, no micromanagement
-2-4 years of B2B sales experience (recruitment preferred)
-Strong in proposals, negotiations, and consistent follow-up
-Good understanding of the UAE , GCC hiring landscape
-Professional, proactive, and results-driven
Location: Dubai , UAE
Salary: AED 10,000-15,000 + monthly performance incentives
