. This is a freelance, commission-based opportunity for a driven professional who thrives on performance-based earnings and can independently manage client acquisition and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and acquire clients in the fiberglass sector across UAE.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Prepare and submit quotations, technical proposals, and follow-up on sales closures.
Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and conversion ratios.
Provide weekly updates and sales reports at the head office every Saturday.
Coordinate with the technical and production team to ensure timely delivery.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
7 years of experience
in
sales within the UAE fiberglass manufacturing industry
.
Proven freelance or independent sales background is a plus.
Strong network of clients in construction, marine, or industrial sectors preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated
and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
Must be
available for physical reporting every Saturday
at our head office.
