We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented
Sales Head
to lead our sales team, grow client relationships, and drive revenue in our investment and portfolio management business. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding market presence, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the sales team and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for investment products/services
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and corporate clients
Drive lead-generation activities and optimize the sales funnel
Conduct client meetings, presentations & financial product briefings
Collaborate with marketing to launch campaigns and improve brand reach
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings & regulatory changes
Train, motivate, and review the performance of sales executives
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business growth plans
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, and financial markets
Proven track record in sales leadership within financial services
Excellent communication, negotiation & client relationship skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and close high-value deals
Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning ability
