Set and monitor performance targets.
Implement training and coaching programs.
Sales Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies for off-plan and secondary properties.
Drive monthly revenue goals and expand market presence.
Maintain strong relationships with major developers.
Client Management
Handle VIP and high-net-worth clients when required.
Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Operational Excellence
Track KPIs, funnels, and performance using
CRM
.
Oversee reporting, forecasting, and sales planning.
Improve closing ratios through automation and optimized workflows.
Required Experience
10+ years of real estate sales experience
(Dubai preferred).
Strong background managing 20-100+ agents.
Proven track record of achieving high-value monthly sales.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Tech-savvy with strong CRM knowledge (Propfusion experience is a plus).
