to achieve performance goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
HNI clients, IBs (Introducing Brokers), affiliates, and partners
.
Oversee daily sales operations, including client acquisition, retention, and conversion processes.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates in the
forex and CFD trading industry
.
Work closely with the
marketing team
to design and implement promotional campaigns to drive qualified leads.
Establish clear
KPIs and performance metrics
for the sales team and ensure accountability.
Represent the company at financial events, expos, and networking opportunities across the UAE and international markets.
Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure all sales activities align with
DFSA / SCA
regulations.
Prepare and present
sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans
to senior management.
