Startex Hub is a fast-growing business consultancy firm in Dubai, offering comprehensive services in business setup, PRO support, document clearing, VAT advisory, and visa processing. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales department and drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and enter new markets.
Track team performance and provide regular coaching, training, and support.
Identify and pursue B2B opportunities across key industries.
Oversee lead pipeline, client follow-ups, and conversion tracking using CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation with conversion strategies.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports for management.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and build long-term partnerships.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead.
Ensure the team meets KPIs including closure ratio, response time, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the business setup, corporate PRO, or service-based sectors.
Proven track record in driving revenue and managing high-performance teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent knowledge of Dubai business setup processes is a plus.
Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi is a bonus).
UAE driving license is preferred.
