Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute scalable sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets Identify new markets, industries, and verticals for expansion Build and manage a high-performing sales team Nurture relationships with key clients, turning leads into long-term partners Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for seamless delivery Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts 2+ years sales leadership role (preferably in digital marketing, media, or SaaS) Proven success in closing deals and hitting ambitious sales goals Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills A self-starter mindset with a passion for growth Familiar with CRM tools and sales automation systems Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
