Continuously scan the International environment and maintain relationships
across levels at Automotive sector to identify potential business opportunities
Develop sales policies, incentive scheme and processes such as lead
generation, opportunity management, negotiation, sales closure etc.
Owning the marketing communication and product management strategies
and its implementation
Responsible for the implementation of company strategies for rapid
expansion and delivering results through Team.
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external
stakeholders, including customers.
Develop long term and short term Sales strategies in order to have profitable and long
term business association with OEMs (ex - Nissan, Ford, Hyndai, Stellantis etc.) and Dealerships . Coordinate for commercials related discussion with OEMs/ Dealers.
Sales forecasting by month/Qtr wise and ensure Sales plan execution.
Achieve assigned sales for our products in the assigned territory; operate within assigned
expense Budget and achieve new product sales program
Penetrates and develops new accounts while maintaining existing business by
integrating product/process and application knowledge into a successful territory Sales plan.
Network and gathering competition information and advise management with
significant market information.
Liaise internally with all Designers and Product engineers and report new product
ideas.
The role will involve commercial, operational & financial responsibility across the vertical.
Lead learning and development initiatives impacting the sales organization, and
provides stewardship of Sales and Product Engineering talent.
Mentoring, engaging and motivating them to deliver Business results.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Engineer & MBA - Marketing & Sales
Experience in Automobile Industry only- 15 years' Experience in Automotive or
related industry ( NOT Spare part sale, Battery, Tyres / Lubricant Sales)
