Sales Head/Operation Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales operations and business development activities in the Abu Dhabi region. This is a senior leadership role that requires strong industry knowledge, proven sales expertise, and the ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives in the Abu Dhabi region. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients. Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Have to submit daily, weekly, monthly reports to the headquarters regarding the sales activities and execution.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the mechanical or engineering sectors. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate. In-depth understanding of the terms and conditions of ADNOC and related industry practices. Driving License is Mandatory. Mechanical Background is Preferable. Presentable and professionalin appearance and demeanour. Must be present in UAE for the interview.
