Sales Girl / Membership Consultant
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong personality, and a passion for fitness. She will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, guiding clients through membership options, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell gym memberships and training packages (Muay Thai, Fitness, Kids Classes, Personal Training).
Handle walk-in inquiries and follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Provide tours of the gym and assist clients with booking trial sessions.
Maintain strong knowledge of all services, offers, and promotions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction.
Work closely with management to reach monthly sales goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry is preferred.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, confident, and proactive attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Basic computer and social media skills are an advantage.
