Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell gym memberships and training packages (Muay Thai, Fitness, Kids Classes, Personal Training).
Handle walk-in inquiries and follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain excellent knowledge of all services and offers.
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Manage bookings, tours, and trial sessions.
Work closely with the management team to achieve monthly sales goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry preferred.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, confident, and proactive attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Basic computer and social media skills are a plus.
