Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and close deals with clients in target sectors
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored chemical solutions
Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing, and competition
Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Pursue new business opportunities across industrial and commercial sectors
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Gather and report customer feedback to support product and service improvements
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of sales experience
in chemical materials
In-depth knowledge of raw materials used in the
lubricant, petrochemical, or cosmetic
industries
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business
