Tagalog and Bahasa Speaking Sales Executives/manager Key responsibilities will include: Identify, contact & meet potential customers & enroll them with DIFX Plan and execute daily meetings with potential or existing customers to inform them about the product using a standard script Will deal with investors and traders Researching the latest crypto trends and monitoring key industry news Meet the top-line sales & bottom-line sales Enter and update customer information in the database and record any useful information Communicate efficiently and convince customers Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales leads and other trade factors. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Maintains and expands customer base; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities. Identifying and developing new business through networking and follow-up calls. The candidate is required to achieve monthly target with 150 mins minimum calls per day. Majority of the daily calls you would make would be cold callings. Once the client are closed, you will have to make follow up calls in order to keep them warm and keep them motivated to deposit, trade and use our services more. Our ideal candidate should have the following attributes: Ability to increase products sales in the CIS region. Increase DIFX market penetration and market share Creates a network of IB\xe2\x80\x99s to cover the gap of trading awareness within customers Demonstrable knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology Ability to manage a large number of tasks per day Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness Coordinate with Corporate Marketing, PR and Communications team located at UAE by the managers to ensure brand consistency Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals Stay up to date with digital technology trends Minimum Requirements At least 2 years of sales experience, with strong track record and achievements in the business development / sales field Previous experience as an account manager and/or dealing with high net worth clients Good to have knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology \xef\xbf\xbd\xef\xbf\xbd Experience with MetaTrader 5 / margin trading and Cryptocurrency spot exchange apps. Exceptional skills in prospecting, discovery, presentation, buying behaviours, and overcoming objections A willingness to be hands on in the sales process Basic Knowledge in MS Excel/Google Sheets and excellent grasp and instinct for quantitative and statistical tools and analyses plus understanding/knowledge in CRM system and its work flow. Operates at a high level of intensity, acting with a sense of urgency without sacrificing excellence Good to have knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology Experience with MetaTrader 5 / margin trading and Cryptocurrency spot exchange apps.
