Understand project requirements, review mechanical design and fabrication drawings, and propose suitable metalwork solutions that meet client specifications.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, quotations, and technical proposals.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to successfully close deals and achieve assigned sales targets.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure the feasibility and timely execution of projects.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and strategies.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and activity reports as per company guidelines.
Requirements
Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes, including Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminium works.
Sound technical knowledge of mechanical design drawings and ability to interpret fabrication details.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets within the metal fabrication or construction industry.
