Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and target potential clients in industries such as retail, hospitality, commercial, and residential sectors. Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and market research. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors. Understand client requirements and provide customized interior fit-out solutions. Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service.

Proposal & Negotiation:

Prepare detailed presentations, proposals, and cost estimates tailored to client needs. Conduct negotiations to secure contracts and close deals. Ensure contracts align with company policies and profitability goals.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide insights and recommendations to improve offerings and strategies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the design, project management, and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Communicate client feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract details. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the interior fit-out, construction, or related industries in Dubai.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and design trends.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
