Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Credit Card Sales Executive to promote and sell credit card products to potential customers. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and representing the bank/financial institution in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively approach potential customers in malls, offices, retail outlets, or through cold calling and field visits. Explain credit card features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers. Assist customers in completing application forms and collecting required documentation. Follow up with clients to ensure application completion and conversion. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all credit card products, promotions, and policies. Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries or concerns. Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations and guidelines (e.g., KYC norms, data protection, etc.). Submit daily reports on leads, applications, and sales performance to the team leader/manager.

Requirements:

High school diploma or bachelor's degree in any field (preferred). Previous experience in sales, especially in financial products, is a plus. Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure. Basic understanding of financial and banking terms. Proficiency in local language(s); English is an advantage. Willingness to work in field sales and travel locally as required.
