Proactively identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across the UAE.
Present and promote our courier & freight services.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Negotiate, close deals, and meet monthly sales targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure repeat business.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery service for customers.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years' proven sales experience in courier, freight or logistics services (B2B focus).
Strong existing network of corporate customers in the UAE (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed targets.
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred but not required).
What We Offer:
Salary: AED 3,500 - 4,500 (Without Car - Inside Sales) and AED 5,500-7,500 (With Car - Field Sales) - Salary range dependent on work experience/ candidate background.
Attractive Commission Structure
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8AM - 5:30PM and Saturday 1/2 Day (8AM-1:30 PM)
