Job Description

We are looking for Arabic Speaking Sales Executive who have experience in Building Materials, Paints, Hardware, Hospitality Furniture etc.. Responsibilities

• Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal.
• To achieve monthly and Quarterly sales targets.
• Identify potential new retail account based on the assigned segment to penetrate the market to meet Enterprise Sales goal & target through consulting and offering solutions to new customers.
• Build a professional relation and network with new and existing customers to expand the business.
• Provide market updates and customer feedback to Sales Manager for market analysis and product development, and product positioning.
• Propose new products to clients using entire data sources to prepare and conduct optimum presentations.
• Analyze market needs, develop account strategies and convey to buyer,
• Recommend main SKU's through presentations before clients.
• Develop relations between company and client following details to ensure quick response to identified problems.
• Maintain steady in-store visitation frequency to ensure implementation of brand presence, door volume, visual roll-out and driving turn.

Requirements

• Having relevant key account management experience of 3-5 years
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient in Arabic and English Language

• Proven 3+ years of work experience as a Retail Sales Representative or similar role in Building Materials, Paints, Hardware, Hospitality Furniture etc..
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
