Sales Executive
with a minimum
2+years
of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful promotion, sale of vehicles by maintaining an in-depth understanding of the inventory, staying informed on industry trends, engaging with clients to meet their unique preferences, and ensuring vehicle models/presentations are presented, maintained, and marketed effectively.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support and Assistance
: Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, pricing, and availability.
Maintaining accurate records of sales agreements.
Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the vehicles features, specifications, and unique selling points of vehicles.
Ensuring to be up to date with the latest trends and developments in the vehicles aftermarket and industry.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Supporting the pricing strategy based on market value
Identifying potential vehicles through market research, networking, and industry contacts.
Ensuring in compliance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) set by the company.
Product Knowledge and Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.
Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Share knowledge and insights with team members to improve overall customer service performance.
Order Processing and Transaction Management
: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is captured.
Assist customers with payment processing, addressing any payment-related concerns or issues.
Monitor and track shipments to provide customers with timely updates on their orders.
Collaboration and Process Improvement:
Collaborate with other team members, including operations, and logistics, to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements based on customer interactions and feedback.
Issue Resolution and Escalation:
Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience, aiming for a satisfactory resolution.
Follow up on escalated issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance and resolution.
Record Keeping and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
Ensure data integrity and privacy by handling customer information securely and in compliance with data protection regulations.
Update customer profiles and databases with relevant and updated information.
Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Building:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their loyalty and repeat business.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales or other disciplines.
Work accordingly with the US time zone.
Must have 2+ years proven experience working in a sales/shipping industry.
Proficiency in both inside sales (account management and follow ups) and outside sales (client visits and negotiations).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build lasting relationship in a competitive market.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities with clients.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results driven.
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional language is an advantage.
