Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Assistant to generate new leads and re-activate existing clients. The role is office-based and heavily focused on WhatsApp communication, follow-ups, and converting enquiries into booked jobs.

This role is ideal for someone confident in written English, comfortable speaking to clients, and experienced in sales or customer engagement within service-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads from: Existing / past client database New enquiries and cold outreach

Actively engage clients via WhatsApp Business (primary channel) Send follow-up messages, offers, reminders, and service updates Qualify leads and book jobs for the operations team Handle incoming WhatsApp and phone enquiries professionally Maintain and update client records (CRM / spreadsheets) Follow sales scripts while adapting messaging naturally Upsell additional services where appropriate (AC cleaning, maintenance, deep cleaning, etc.) Track leads, conversions, and daily activity

Required Skills & Experience

Excellent written and spoken English Strong experience using WhatsApp Business for sales or customer service Previous experience in: Sales / telesales / lead generation / customer service

Confident, friendly, and persuasive communication style Well organised with strong follow-up skills Comfortable working with targets and KPIs Dubai experience in home services or facilities management is a plus
