Job Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for aluminum, glass, and automatic door products. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and project managers. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations to showcase company offerings. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. Negotiate pricing, terms, and project requirements with clients. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in aluminum, glass, and automatic doors. Strong understanding of technical aspects related to aluminum facades, glass partitions, and automatic sliding doors. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid UAE/GCC driving license .

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience working with leading aluminum, glass, or automatic door manufacturers. Existing client network in the construction and architectural sectors.
