We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our Weddings & Catering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales for wedding and private event bookings. You will play a key role in representing our venue and catering services, ensuring a seamless client experience from inquiry to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the weddings and events sector.

Respond to inquiries and conduct site visits with prospective clients. Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements. Negotiate contracts and close sales in line with company policies. Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including venue offerings, catering menus, and event packages. Build strong relationships with wedding planners, vendors, and partners to generate referrals and repeat business. Collaborate with the events and operations team to ensure smooth handover and execution of events. Track sales activities, update CRM systems, and provide regular sales reports. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in weddings, events, or hospitality. Strong understanding of the wedding and private events market. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and client service. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
