Solace Visas is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team and guide clients through their overseas immigration and visa options. The ideal candidate will have experience in immigration sales and a strong understanding of visa procedures for countries such as Canada, New Zealand, and across Europe.

Responsibilities include:

Advising clients on visa and immigration services Handling client queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings Making outbound calls to warm and hot leads provided by the company Providing accurate and up-to-date information on visa laws and immigration policies Following up with leads and clients to ensure excellent service and conversion Promoting company services to walk-in and prospective clients Recommending suitable immigration solutions based on client profiles and needs Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets Maintaining clear communication and building trust with clients

Requirements:

Prior experience in sales, tele-sales, customer service, or immigration services Strong knowledge of Schengen visa, work visas, and residence permit processes Excellent verbal and written communication in English Fluency in Hindi, Urdu & English is a strong advantage Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills
