A Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying potential clients, presenting products or services, negotiating deals, and closing sales. They maintain strong customer relationships, meet sales targets, and contribute to the company's revenue and market expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotions.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote products and services.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer focus and ability to build lasting relationships.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive sales approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
