Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Explain life insurance products clearly and professionally.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans.
Achieve sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.
Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or insurance sales preferred.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
