Understand clients' needs for property purchase or rental and recommend suitable projects.
Arrange and conduct property viewings.
Negotiate prices with developers or landlords on behalf of clients to secure the best deals.
Assist clients with contract signing and ensure compliance throughout the process.
Stay updated on the real estate market, including pricing trends, supply & demand, and policy changes.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM systems.
Gather client feedback to help improve company services.
Note: Real estate sales in Dubai are commission-based with no fixed salary. However, we offer a highly competitive tiered commission structure. Working Hours & Leave Policy:
