Job Description
We are looking for a well-spoken telesales representative to be responsible for soliciting sales over the telephone. A remarkable telecaller will suggest ways in which clients\' feedback can be utilized to improve our services.
About the Role:
- Position: Telesales Executive
- Location: Dubai
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
- Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Salary: 4500 AED + Attractive Incentives
What Were Looking For:
- Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional languages (Hindi/ Urdu, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu) are a plus.
- Career Level: Entry Level
- Preferred Experience: Call Center, Banking, Finance, Real Estate (preferred but not mandatory)
- Initiating sales with potential customers
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
