Salary: AED 2000 + Commission

Driving License: Preferred (UAE Manual or Automatic)
Vehicle: his own + 500 AED gasoline allowance monthly.
Description:
Sham Pack Factory - a leading packaging materials manufacturer in the UAE - is hiring Sales Executives to promote and sell products like adhesive tapes, stretch film, and shrink wrap across the UAE market.
Responsibilities:
Sell packaging materials to wholesalers, retailers, and industries
Meet monthly sales targets
Build and maintain customer relationships
Collect payments and coordinate deliveries
Submit daily sales reports
Requirements:
Any Nationality
1-3 years of sales experience in the UAE (Packaging or industrial products preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
UAE driving license is an advantage
Must be target-driven and self-motivated
Salary & Attractive Commission Plan:
Monthly Sales Commission Rate
AED 50,000 0.5%
AED 100,000 1.0%
AED 150,000 1.5%
AED 200,000 2.0%
AED 250,000 2.5%
AED 300,000+ 3.0%
Example:
Sell for AED 300,000 = Earn AED 9,000 commission (3%)
Commission paid after successful payment collection from clients.
