Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Retail Sales Executive

to join our team at a leading tyre retailer in Dubai. This role involves selling tyres, batteries, automotive parts, and accessories directly to customers in-store. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, eager to learn, and driven by achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting tyres, batteries, parts, and accessories that suit their vehicle needs. Provide expert advice on product features, specifications, and prices. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the latest products and trends in the automotive industry. Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling techniques and upselling opportunities. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Process sales transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and inventory management. Maintain a clean and organized store, including merchandising products to maximize sales potential. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Stay informed about competitors' products, pricing, and market trends. Participate in product training and continuous development programs to enhance sales skills.

Qualifications and Skills

:

Experience:

Previous experience in tyre retail, sales, or the automotive sector.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales/automotive products is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales aptitude with a customer-centric approach. Basic understanding of automotive parts and accessories is preferred (training will be provided). Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in basic computer operations for billing and inventory.

Languages:

Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi or other languages is a plus.

Base Salary:

Competitive base salary (discussed during the interview).
