Key Responsibilities:



Customer Interaction:



Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and availability.

Sales Management:



Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals for customers. Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products.

Product Knowledge:



Stay updated with the latest product ranges, trends, and industry developments. Explain technical details, installation methods, and maintenance of tiles and sanitaryware.

Relationship Building:



Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, contractors, and interior designers. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.

Showroom Maintenance:



Ensure that the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing. Regularly update product displays to showcase new arrivals.

Market Research:



Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and offers. Gather feedback from customers to improve the product range and services.

Reporting and Documentation:



Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for stock updates and deliveries.

Key Skills and Qualifications:



Proven experience in sales, preferably in tiles, sanitaryware, or related industries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Good understanding of interior design trends and construction materials. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools. Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients effectively.

Education and Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 2-3 years of UAE experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or a similar role.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
