Wizhull Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage LLC is hiring Telesales Executives to join our fast-growing real estate sales team in Dubai. If you are a confident communicator with strong sales skills, this is your opportunity to build a rewarding career in the real estate and mortgage industry. We welcome freshers who are ready to learn and grow - complete training will be provided by expert team leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to potential clients from provided leads

Promote real estate and mortgage solutions over the phone

Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate property options

Generate and qualify leads, and convert inquiries into appointments

Follow up regularly with prospects to close deals over the phone

Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, leads, and feedback

Collaborate with the sales team for seamless client service

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus)

Confidence in speaking on the phone and handling objections

Strong persuasion and convincing skills

Positive attitude, motivated to achieve sales targets

Ability to work independently and in a team

No prior experience required - Freshers can apply

Immediate joiners preferred
