We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Executive - Switchgear
to join our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell switchgear products.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions from the product portfolio.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients within the company's guidelines.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams including product, engineering, logistics, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback for management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma.
2-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in switchgear or electrical equipment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
