Sales Executive (Structural Steel)
Job Title: Sales Executive - Structural Steel
Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the structural steel industry and will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your deep understanding of steel products and applications will be key to providing effective solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction and contracting sector, focusing on structural steel products and services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with contractors, consultants, and project owners.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, including quotations and tender submissions.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
• Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential new markets.
• Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the structural steel industry.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of steel fabrication, erection processes, and market dynamics.
