Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets
Identify and secure new clients through market research, site visits, and lead generation
Manage and grow existing customer accounts to ensure repeat business
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product information
Negotiate prices and close deals in line with company policies
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order fulfillment
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum
3 years of sales experience
in raw materials, building materials, abrasives, or similar industries
Proven ability to generate leads and close sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of the UAE construction and industrial materials market
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
