To generate sales and develop new business for plastic manufacturing products by identifying customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop
new customers
in industries such as packaging, FMCG, food & beverage, construction, and industrial sectors.
Promote and sell
plastic products
(e.g., plastic containers, sheets, films, molded products, packaging materials, etc.).
Maintain and grow relationships with
existing clients
to ensure repeat business.
Prepare and submit
sales quotations
, proposals, and follow up on approvals.
Achieve
monthly and annual sales targets
as assigned by management.
Coordinate with
production, planning, and logistics teams
to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
Collect market intelligence on
pricing, competitors, and customer requirements
.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and post-sales support professionally.
Ensure
timely collection of payments
and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Maintain accurate
sales records, DSRs, and customer databases
.
Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and client visits.
Comply with company policies, safety standards, and ethical sales practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or relevant field (preferred).
2-5 years of sales experience
in plastic manufacturing or related industries.
Strong knowledge of
plastic materials, manufacturing processes, and applications
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Valid
UAE driving license
(preferred).
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
