Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree

: An MBA or a technical master's degree can be beneficial for senior leadership or strategic roles.Experience:
Technical Experience:
Prior hands-on experience in a technical role, such as a fabrication engineer or project manager, provides the foundational knowledge necessary to understand the products and processes involved.Sales Experience:
A proven track record in technical sales or a related customer, facing role (e.g, sales engineer, Solutions Engineer) is crucial, with typical rols requiring 5+ years of experience for a managerial position.Technical Skills:
Product Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the specific fabrication processes, materials (steel,plastics,etc.,)products(e.g.,pipes,fittings,comonents),and industry standards(e.g.,ASME,AWS).Problem-Solving:
The ability to understand complex customer technical challenges and translate them into actionable solutions using your company's offerings.Data Analysis:
Usng Datato analyze market trends, forecast sales, and track performance.Applicant must hold a valid UAE driving liscence.
