We are looking for motivated and passionate
Real Estate Sales Agents
to join our growing team in Dubai & Sharjah. Whether you are an experienced agent or a driven individual looking to kick-start your real estate career, we offer a dynamic environment, training, and all the tools you need to succeed in United Arab Emirates's competitive property market.Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads for property sales and rentals Provide clients with guidance on buying, selling, and renting property Schedule and conduct property viewings Maintain knowledge of United Arab Emirates's real estate market, current listings, and trends Negotiate deals and close sales Maintain CRM updates and regular client communication
Requirements
Proven sales experience (real estate preferred, but not mandatory) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional Fluency in English (Arabic, or other languages are a plus) UAE driving license (preferred)
