We are seeking a

dynamic and results-driven Salesman

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of building materials and proven experience in sales within the construction or trading industry.

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets through proactive marketing and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building materials sector. Visit clients, contractors, consultants, and project sites to promote company products. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on inquiries. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product demand. Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in

building materials, construction products, or hardware trading

. Strong knowledge of

construction materials

(cement, steel, wood, paint, plumbing, electrical, etc.). Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently. Fluency in English is required; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
