Sales & Marketing Executive - Cast Aluminum & Metal Industry (UAE)
We are looking for a
Sales & Marketing Executive
with solid experience in theCast Aluminum and Metal field
to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-driven, and experienced in generating sales in the metal fabrication and construction industry.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and key industry contacts. Convert qualified leads into clients and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Conduct market research, competition analysis, and develop strategies for market penetration and growth. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports on a weekly/monthly basis. Handle client communications, follow-ups, quotations, and contract finalizations. Ensure proper documentation and timely closure of sales deals. Collaborate with management to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.1-3 years of proven sales experience
in theCast Aluminum / Metal industry
, handling residential, commercial, shop, and warehouse projects in the UAE. Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- fluency inEnglish (spoken and written)
is mandatory. Knowledge ofcost estimation and drafting
is an advantage.Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive
with a passion for sales growth. Highlyorganized and efficient
, capable of working independently. Female candidates on husband's visa preferred.Compensation:
No basic salary.
Earnings are commission-based
