Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve assigned sales targets and expand market share.
Identify and approach potential customers in sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, facilities management, and industrial cleaning.
Promote and sell cleaning chemicals, consumables, machines, and equipment to new and existing clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight features, benefits, and usage.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales service.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts using CRM or reporting tools.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to represent the company.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in cleaning materials, hygiene products, or industrial equipment.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Valid UAE / GCC driving license (if applicable).
