We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused
Sales Executive
to join our retail team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sellinglaptops, computers, and related accessories
in a retail store environment. You will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, promoting products, and achieving monthly sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the store with product selection and inquiries. Actively promote laptops, desktops, and IT accessories to customers. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ensure proper display and arrangement of products in the showroom. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Keep track of stock levels and report requirements to the store manager.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience in retail sales
, preferably in laptops or IT products. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong product knowledge of laptops and related accessories. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals. Basic computer and billing software knowledge. Fluency inEnglish
