Sales Executive Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Acquisition:

Identify and contact potential clients to promote products or services.

2. Sales Presentations:

Conduct meetings or product demonstrations to explain features and benefits.

3. Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.

4. Market Research:

Study market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to find new opportunities.

5. Relationship Building:

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.

6. Sales Reporting:

Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports for management.

7. Follow-Up:

Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

8. Target Achievement:

Work towards achieving monthly or quarterly sales goals set by the company.

9. Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with marketing, finance, and delivery departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

10. Professional Representation:

Represent the company positively at meetings, exhibitions, and events.
