Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and target new clients in need of talent solutions. Generate leads and build relationships to expand our client portfolio.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our manpower supply and recruitment services.
Client Consultation:
Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their manpower needs.
Negotiate Contracts:
Handle negotiations with clients, ensuring competitive pricing while meeting company margins and terms.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase our services and close deals.
Relationship Management:
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Sales Reporting:
Track and report sales activities, providing regular updates on performance against targets.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements:
2+ years of sales experience
in a B2B environment (recruitment or manpower supply experience is a plus).
Strong
communication and negotiation skills

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain
client relationships
.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
