Sales Executive

to join our growing team.

Position Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and closing sales opportunities with contractors, architects, designers, developers, and homeowners. The role requires a good command of

both English and Arabic

to serve a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Sharjah and the Northern Emirates.

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Sales Cycle Management:

Handle end-to-end sales--from initial meetings and product presentations to quotations, negotiations, and deal closures.

Product Expertise:

Develop in-depth knowledge of marble and granite products, their origins, features, and applications.

Market Insight:

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments.

Target Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Reporting:

Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Languages:

Good command of English and Arabic

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

Fresh graduates with strong commercial acumen are welcome. 1-5 years of sales experience in building materials, natural stone, interiors, or construction is an advantage.

Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Compensation & Benefits
