Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local and regional market
Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, travel agencies, and DMCs
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure guest satisfaction
Represent the hotel at trade shows, events, and networking functions
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in the
UAE hotel industry
(minimum 2 years preferred)
Fluency in Arabic
(spoken and written) is
mandatory
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
UAE driving license is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
