Sales Executives (Indoor & Outdoor)

to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, and retail customers. Drive both showroom (indoor) and site/project (outdoor) sales to achieve monthly and annual targets. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product samples. Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Conduct market visits to identify opportunities, gather competitor insights, and track industry trends. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure repeat business.
Requirements

Minimum

3 years of proven sales experience

in tiles, ceramics, building materials, or construction-related products. Strong knowledge of showroom (indoor) and site/project (outdoor) sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Valid UAE driving license (mandatory for outdoor sales). Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus. Fluency in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.
