Sales Executive

Job Description
We are looking for Sales Executive for GCC region. Candidate must have baby product or FMCG sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales for our product across assigned territories in the GCC. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, pharmacies, and modern trade outlets. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market share in the region. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients/distributors. Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence reports. Ensure proper product visibility, placement, and promotions at point-of-sale. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. Follow up on receivables and ensure payments are collected as per credit terms. Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in baby products or FMCG distribution within the GCC. Strong network with distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets in the region. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of GCC market dynamics, distribution channels, and consumer behavior. Valid GCC driving license is mandatory.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
