Books Salesperson Responsibilities & Duties ( fillipinos`s)
Assist customers in finding and selecting books.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Stock shelves and ensure books are properly displayed.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Organize and participate in store events, such as book signings and readings.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with reordering stock.
Stay informed about new releases and popular titles.
Create attractive in-store displays to promote featured books.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and courteously.
Assist with online orders and in-store pickups.
Provide information on membership programs and promotions.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Books Salesperson Qualifications & Skills
Knowledge of current literary trends and popular titles.
Experience with inventory management systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A degree in literature, communications, or a related field.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong passion for books and reading.
Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in basic computer skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
